Alaura Filbin: writer, reader, host of the Write Reckless podcast, major geek, feminist, autism paraeducator, freelance editor, and advocate for mental health.

I grew up in Central California, then ventured to Reno to get my Bachelor's in English writing from the University of Nevada. I have participated in NaNoWriMo on and off since 2012, took part in fiction workshops during college, and have since been working on a short story collection.

In my free time, I play a lot of Dungeons & Dragons, spend time with friends and family, and watch more television than I probably should.
